(Bandar Seri Begawan, 6th) The Brunei Ministry of Health's Department of Health Services (JPK) has launched a survey starting this month titled 'Visitors’ Understanding of Health Center Service Direction' in order to better understand the public’s needs and continuously optimize health services.
The Ministry of Health released a statement today pointing out that this brief survey is part of its ongoing improvement measures. The aim is to collect visitors’ opinions to enhance service quality and provide data support for future long-term strategy planning and current facility improvements.
Through the Department of Health Services, the Ministry is committed to providing all with integrated and comprehensive primary and specialist medical care services, which forms part of the Ministry's mission.
