It turns out the victim is a fan of Keung To, and to avoid fraud, Keung To used the "ToZero system" to find out this fan lived in Hong Fook Court. He then took the initiative to send her a message asking if she needed anything. The fan was very surprised upon receiving the message, even exclaiming, "Oh my god, is it really Keung To?"
