Another incident of an incomplete national flag design was displayed; the TCE Baby Products Exhibition organizers apologized for the missing crescent symbol on China's flag in the promotional video for their Singaporean exhibitor.
The organizers noted in a Facebook post that they are well aware that this incident is very sensitive and has offended many people, and they have the responsibility to immediately take a series of measures.
“The related exhibitor has immediately been stopped from exhibiting, despite the content coming from the exhibitor, we do not take this matter lightly as TCE Baby Products Exhibition's relationship with all parties is based on trust.”
“We ask the public to give us a bit of time and patience so that we can resolve this matter as thoroughly as possible.”
The related video has been immediately deleted, and the company is currently conducting an internal investigation and working with all relevant parties to ensure appropriate action is taken.
TCE Baby Products Exhibition stated that they take this matter very seriously and are reviewing their content review processes to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
