(Sibu, 14th) – The Sibu Wenhua International Junior Chamber, together with its affiliated chapter JCI Methodist Pilley College, will jointly hold the "2026 Joint Oath-taking and Inauguration Ceremony" at 6:30pm on April 18 (Saturday) at Waterfront Seafood Restaurant.
This ceremony symbolizes an important milestone for both chambers and marks the official transition of leadership to a new board.
The organizing committee stated that the ceremony will include a formal oath-taking and handover of authority, witnessing the birth of a new generation of leaders.
At that time, outgoing president of Sibu Wenhua International Junior Chamber, Alexander Ling, will officially hand over the presidency to Simon Tiong Yong Yee, who will serve as the president for 2026.
Meanwhile, Calvin Wong, president of JCI Methodist Pilley College for 2025, will pass his responsibilities to Karlfedth Ling, who will lead the organization into its next phase of development.
The ceremony will also recognize the contributions made by outgoing presidents during their terms.
