Forbes Korea has released the “Korea K-Idol 30 List 2025,” ranking the Top 30 “Influential K-pop Idols of the Year” based on global commercial value, influence and contribution in the entertainment industry, as well as social media and media traffic. Popular girl group BLACKPINK’s member Jennie surpassed her teammate Rosé to claim the top spot. Boy group Stray Kids, who recently won Album of the Year at MAMA, came in third place, beating out the globally renowned BTS, who ranked fourth. BTS member V took fifth place.
BLACKPINK, along with other top girl groups aespa, IVE, TWICE, and NewJeans, ranked sixth to tenth, respectively. As for boy groups, BIGBANG’s leader G-Dragon, and BTS members Jungkook, Jin, Jimin, and J-Hope took the 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th, and 16th spots respectively. LE SSERAFIM ranked 14th. ENHYPEN, ILLIT, IU, and BABYMONSTER secured the 17th to 20th positions.
