He reminded the recipients to use the support responsibly, strive for excellence, and give back to society in the future, embodying the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self.”
He stressed that this initiative reflects the Rotary Club’s commitment to education and basic literacy, ensuring that every student, regardless of economic background, has access to learning opportunities.
He expressed gratitude to the teachers, parents, and mentors who nurture the next generation, and thanked the generous sponsors and donors, whose support makes the scholarship program possible.
Over the years, many scholarship recipients have furthered their studies, started careers, and given back to society—fully demonstrating the long-term impact of Rotary’s initiatives. At the end of the ceremony, all awardees were congratulated and encouraged to continue to strive for excellence and actively participate in the Rotary Club's community service activities.
The ceremony was also attended by Rotary Club members, the awardees’ family members, and principals from the respective award-winning schools.
