(Seria, 20th) The term of the 2024–2025 committee members of the Seria New Village Mutual Aid Society is about to expire. According to the constitution, new committee members for the 2026–2027 term must be elected to promote the development of society affairs.
The society will issue ballots to members on November 26, 2025, to elect the new committee. Members are encouraged to fulfill their responsibilities and use their rights to elect capable individuals when they receive their ballots.
Members of the Seria New Village Mutual Aid Society must select 21 fellow members from the member roll on the ballot to serve as committee members for the next term. The names of the elected individuals must be written in block letters and signed. After completing the ballot, please seal it in an envelope and deposit it in the voting box at the Seria New Village Mutual Aid Society or Nan Hua Restaurant before 9:00 a.m. on December 14.
The Seria New Village Mutual Aid Society will publicly open the ballots at 9:30 a.m. on December 14, 2025 (Sunday) in the hall. Members are welcome to attend and observe the counting.

At the same time, any members who owe annual dues and mutual aid funds are requested to pay them yearly to fulfill their member obligations.
