Du Song Qin Ba Jia Ru Buddhist Association Opens Registration for Auspicious Lamps and Feng Shui Flags

(Miri, 2nd) The Miri Du Song Qin Ba Jia Ru Buddhist Association is now accepting registrations for the "2026 Auspicious Lamps, Feng Shui Flags, Wish Fulfillment Lamps, Yellow Jambhala Flags, and Giant Incense". The proceeds will be used for the Buddhist hall’s fund. All business owners and Buddhist friends from all walks of life are welcome to sign up and give their enthusiastic support.
"Auspicious Lamps" symbolize bright prospects and the Buddha’s light shining everywhere. The lamps are hung on the ceiling in front of the Buddha and Bodhisattva at the Buddhist hall, and will receive daily blessings and protection. The auspicious lamps at the Buddhist hall are divided into:
(1) Lotus Lamps before the Buddha altar, each for a merit donation of RM1000.
(2) Extra-large Auspicious Lamp, each for a merit donation of RM688.
(3) Large Auspicious Lamp, each for a merit donation of RM388.
(4) Medium Auspicious Lamp, each for a merit donation of RM200.
(5) Small Auspicious Lamp, each for a merit donation of RM100.

"Feng Shui Flags" represent prosperity and smooth career progression. Each flag is inscribed with scriptures and will be blessed through chanting by monks from Nepal. The Feng Shui flags at the Buddhist hall are as follows:
(1) Five-colored Feng Shui Flag (starting from beside the main flag): Each for a merit donation of RM368.
(2) Five-colored Feng Shui Flag (starting from the roadside): Each for a merit donation of RM268.
At the Wish Fulfillment Pavilion downstairs, Buddhist friends may also make vows for health, wisdom, and wealth before the Medicine Buddha, Wisdom Buddha Manjushri, and Yellow Jambhala, and register to light a "Wish Fulfillment Lamp" for themselves. Each lamp is for a merit donation of RM88.
Before next year’s Chinese Lunar New Year, the Buddhist association will also arrange "Yellow Jambhala Flags" for businesses, business owners, and Buddhist friends to sponsor. The flag is printed with the Yellow Jambhala’s mantra and may be hung in the Wish Fulfillment Pavilion of the Buddhist hall, or taken back to be hung at home or at the company. Each Yellow Jambhala flag is for a merit donation of RM38.

In addition, as in previous years, on the first day of the Chinese Lunar New Year, the Buddhist hall will burn "Giant Incense" for offering to the Buddha and Bodhisattva. Business owners and Buddhist friends are welcome to register. The Giant Incense is divided as follows:
(1) 4-foot Dragon Incense: Each for a merit donation of RM38.
(2) 6-foot Dragon Incense: Each for a merit donation of RM168.
(3) 8-foot Dragon Incense: Each for a merit donation of RM238.
