SEPANG, May 5 (Bernama) -- Leaders of Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Barisan Nasional (BN) will hold a meeting today to discuss various current issues, including the Negeri Sembilan political situation, said PH secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
He said the meeting will be held in Putrajaya after the completion of internal PH discussions.
“We will first have a meeting of the PKR Political Bureau, chaired by party president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Once that is concluded, we will proceed with the PH Presidential Council meeting.
“After that, we will have a meeting between PH and BN leaders this afternoon,” he told reporters after visiting Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1 here.
The Home Minister said meetings between the two coalitions are routinely held, but noted that today’s meeting has drawn particular attention due to developments in Negeri Sembilan.
