Jerudong Raid: Three Arrested in Investigation into Prostitution Activities

(Bandar Seri Begawan, 24th) The Royal Brunei Police Force’s Criminal Investigation Department’s Anti-Gambling and Immoral Activities Prevention Squad recently conducted a raid at a residence in the Kampong Selayun, Jerudong area.

During the operation, police arrested three foreign women aged between 37 and 49, who are suspected of being involved in prostitution and other immoral activities.

Police stated that all suspects, along with related evidence, have been taken to the Criminal Investigation Department to assist with further investigations.

The case is currently being investigated under Chapter 22, Section 294A of the Penal Code.

The Royal Brunei Police Force emphasized that it will continue intensifying its crackdown on prostitution and other immoral criminal activities to maintain national social order.

The police also urged the public that if they have any information regarding related activities, they can go to the nearest police station to provide information or call the 993 emergency hotline to contact the police.

The police express their gratitude for the public's ongoing cooperation in maintaining social safety and the well-being of the people.
