(Sungai Ria, 14th) The Sungai Ria New Village Mutual Aid Society successfully held its ballot counting ceremony for the 2026–2027 board election this afternoon at the society’s hall.
The total number of society members for this election reached 232. On the day, 215 ballots were distributed, and 44 ballots were collected, all of which were valid votes with zero invalid votes.
The election group was jointly chaired by Yu Daya, Liu Zhixin, Liu Weiping, and Wang Dehong. The election committee members included Zeng Rongguang, Zhang Yuanchang, and Yang Yongsheng. The vote announcers were Liu Weiping and Chen Chunming. The vote counters were Wang Dehong, Liu Zhixin, and Yu Daya, while the vote supervisors were Jian Zhiyin, Yang Hesen, and Li Shunming, ensuring the entire process was fair, impartial, and transparent.
The run-off election is scheduled for 7:30 PM on the 19th of this month (Friday) at the society.
