KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 20 (Bernama) -- A moderate earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale struck the Tanimbar Islands region, Indonesia, at 6.44 am today.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) said in a statement that the quake occurred at a depth of 118 kilometres (km) and was located 511km southeast of Ambon, Indonesia.
