(Bandar Seri Begawan, 4th) A fire broke out yesterday at a two-storey residence in Lambak Kecil Village, but fortunately, the occupants managed to evacuate in time and no casualties were reported in the incident.
The Fire and Rescue Department received the report at 12:17 p.m. and immediately dispatched 13 firefighters from the Lambak Fire Station to the scene to carry out rescue operations.
Upon arrival, the firefighters found that the fire had erupted on the second floor of the two-storey house and promptly began extinguishing efforts. Thanks to their swift response, the blaze was brought under control within three minutes and successfully put out.
The authorities stated that all occupants had safely evacuated the house, and no one was injured or killed in the incident.
At present, the cause of the fire and the extent of property damage are still under further investigation by the relevant authorities.
