(Bandar Seri Begawan, 16th) Over a hundred Year 11 students from Saifuddin Hussein Secondary School in Bandar Seri Begawan recently participated in the "Post-O Level Pathways Programme." This program aims to provide early guidance to students after this year's GCE 'O Level' exams, helping them understand opportunities for further education and career development.
The one-day event brought together 16 organizations, including higher education institutions, vocational training centers, and representatives from both government and private sectors.
On that day, students engaged in multiple activities, including institutional briefings, education and career exhibitions, Q&A sessions, and one-on-one career consultations. The event provided a platform for students to interact directly with representatives, ask questions, and gather relevant information about admission requirements, course offerings, and future career prospects.
A participating Year 11 student expressed gratitude for the opportunity, saying, "This program really opened my eyes to the many different pathways available. I am now more confident about my next steps after the O Levels."
At the end of the event, all participating organizations received certificates of appreciation to acknowledge their contributions to the program's success.
