Sungai Liang Health Centre Technical Fault – Several Medical Services Affected

(Bandar Seri Begawan, 15th) The Ministry of Health has issued a notice that due to a sudden technical fault at Sungai Liang Health Centre, network services are currently interrupted. As a result, with the Bru-HIMS system temporarily inaccessible, several medical services at Sungai Liang Health Centre have been affected.
Affected services include: blood draws (venepuncture); verification and referral of laboratory test results, including blood test results, X-rays, and other health screening outcomes; as well as pharmacy services, including monthly medication collection services such as those ordered by phone or via email.
To ensure continuity of treatment, patients who require these services are advised to go to nearby health centres such as the Kuala Belait Health Centre or the Seria Health Centre, or, depending on clinical circumstances and needs, be referred to the nearest health centre.
For patients with prior appointments, such as patients attending chronic disease clinics, the health centre will strive to obtain test results in advance to ensure services remain unaffected.
The Ministry of Health is working hard to resolve this technical issue as quickly as possible and sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused. The public is thanked for their understanding, cooperation, and patience.
