(Miri, 1st) The Miri Hoi Ning Association Youth Group and Women’s Section are joining forces, in collaboration with the Miri Hospital Blood Bank Center, to host a “Public Welfare Blood Donation Campaign” on July 26 (Sunday) from 10am to 1pm at Miri Star City Mall. The event aims to actively respond to the local hospital blood bank’s appeal for blood donations.
The organizers hope that through this meaningful community service event, they can do their part to help the Miri Hospital Blood Bank, which is facing a shortage of fresh blood, and ensure that patients in urgent need of blood can receive timely assistance.
As such, the organizers sincerely appeal to all sectors of the Miri community and the general public to participate enthusiastically in the event on the day. They also hope everyone can help share information about this blood donation campaign with friends and family, and join the noble cause of “donate blood, save lives.”
At the same time, the organizers would like to sincerely thank the Miri Star City Mall management for their strong support and sponsorship of the event venue, as well as the generous contributions from supporting sponsors.
All those who successfully donate blood at the event will receive a gift specially prepared by the organizers and sponsors as a token of appreciation. However, some of the gifts are limited in quantity and will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
