(Bandar Seri Begawan, 2nd) Sinaran Pelangi School recently held its Kindergarten Year 3 Graduation and Academic Excellence Awards Ceremony at Dazzling Hotel, marking a significant milestone as the school’s youngest students prepare to embark on their new journey into primary education.
The ceremony had the honour of inviting Legislative Council Member Abdul Aziz as the guest of honour. Upon arrival, the guest was warmly welcomed by members of the school board, senior administrators, and representatives of the school.
The event commenced with a welcoming speech by Principal Wu Yulian, who reflected on the students’ growth, resilience, and achievements throughout the academic year.
Next, Chairperson of Sinaran Pelangi School, Lui Shiyun, delivered a heartfelt graduation address. She expressed sincere gratitude to the school board, advisors, and all teachers for their continued dedication, pointing out that the progress achieved over the past three years was the result of collective effort.
Chairperson Lui reiterated the school’s commitment to nurturing every child with care, values, and opportunities for growth.
In his speech, the guest of honour highlighted that the ceremony not only marks the end of a learning stage, but also celebrates the efforts, hopes, and love invested by students, teachers, and parents. He praised teachers as “builders of character and sowers of knowledge,” affirmed the indispensable partnership of parents in shaping children’s confidence and values, and encouraged the graduates to move forward with courage, determination, and purity of heart.
He also expressed his hopes for the school to continue cultivating a new generation who are resilient, creative, disciplined, and able to make meaningful contributions to the nation’s development.

Afterwards, children from Kindergarten Years 1, 2, and 3 presented a series of wonderful performances for the audience, fully displaying their creativity and team spirit.
