Due to the recent worsening security in the area, Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise decided to move out promptly.
Tom Cruise has owned a mansion worth around 35 million pounds (about 180 million ringgit) in Knightsbridge, London, and has lived there for many years. However, recent reports say that he now believes the area's security has “obviously declined” over the past one or two years and no longer meets his basic expectations for safety and privacy, prompting his decision to leave. Sources told the media that a spate of violent robberies has “completely shaken” Cruise's confidence in the security around his residence. It is reported that Cruise used to frequently jog and walk in nearby Hyde Park early in the morning, but has notably cut down on going out in recent years and has become increasingly uneasy about the area's security.
