Hong Kong artist Bob Lam has announced the launch of his brand new world stand-up comedy tour, BOBMAN搏命先生. The first stop will take place in Macau this August, followed by a show in Malaysia, set for 8:00 PM on September 19 at Kuala Lumpur's Mega Star Arena.
Following his first solo stand-up comedy show Bob’s Up in 2015 and The Bobfather in 2021, Bob Lam is back this year with a brand new performance, BOBMAN搏命先生. The phrase "搏命" (giving one's all) is not only a spirit familiar to many Hong Kongers, but also the attitude Bob has maintained in the face of career, family, and life challenges through the years. This time, he will revolve around the theme of "giving one's all," and share the highs and lows of life, as well as little-known stories behind the limelight, all with his trademark humor.
Additionally, he noted that he will not be inviting any guest performers for this tour; he will be managing the entire show on his own. He joked that in the past, he had to call in favors to invite guest stars for every show, but this time, he hopes that even without guests, audiences will still buy tickets and show their support.
