(Seria, 1st) The Brunei Kuala Belait Chinese Machinery Association held a grand Chinese New Year gathering last night at its hall.
The event was rich and colorful, featuring activities such as calligraphy of Spring Festival couplets on site, singing of New Year songs, and exciting programs like lucky red envelope draws, bringing together council members and their children to celebrate reunion.
President Tan Kuan Cheng and the council members personally greeted every guest, warmly extending New Year blessings. Other guests attending the event included Permanent Honorary President Lau Siau Yuen, Permanent Honorary Advisor Chai Chai Yun, and Honorary Advisor Yong Kin Siew.
