Zhu Fenglian emphasized: “The War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression was a magnificent epic written by the entire nation, with all Chinese sons and daughters—including Taiwan compatriots—making enormous sacrifices and important contributions.”

She stated the hope that compatriots on both sides of the Strait will remember history and honor the martyrs, carry forward the great patriotism and great spirit of the War of Resistance, draw wisdom and strength from history, unite in solidarity, work together with one heart, jointly advance the just cause of national reunification, and create a bright future for national rejuvenation.
