SC GPT aims to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement, marking a significant step forward in Standard Chartered Bank's integration of artificial intelligence into its business strategy.
SC GPT will empower over 7 employees globally and is expected to improve the bank's operations and productivity; customize sales and marketing efforts to increase revenue; advance software engineering through increased automation; and extend methods of risk minimization, management, recording, and reporting.
