Chinese pop toy brand POP MART has decided to set up its European regional headquarters in London, UK.
According to foreign media reports, UK Prime Minister Starmer secured this “ugly-cute” investment during his visit to China.
POP MART will open stores at seven locations across the UK, including Birmingham, Cardiff, and a new flagship store on London’s Oxford Street. The company also plans to open another 20 stores throughout Europe.
According to a statement released by Starmer’s office on the 30th, this investment will create more than 150 jobs in the UK.
