Malaysia Parliamentary Peace Alliance Delegation Visits Cambodia with Fruitful Results; Lim Lip Eng Joins Delegation to Promote New Chapter of Cooperation

The Malaysian Parliamentary World Peace Alliance (PFWP) delegation conducted a successful visit to Phnom Penh, Cambodia on Thursday, holding a series of productive dialogues with high-level Cambodian officials; Alliance member Lim Lip Eng joined the delegation for this important exchange activity.

During the visit, the delegation held constructive talks with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and Senate President Hun Sen. As a member of the delegation, Lim Lip Eng participated in these forward-looking exchanges, where both sides held in-depth discussions on regional issues of common concern and bilateral cooperation.

This high-level dialogue is regarded as a significant step forward in advancing Malaysia-Cambodia relations.

Lim Lip Eng said that the visit was fruitful and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. The delegation is full of confidence in expanding practical cooperation in multiple fields between the two countries and promised to continue actively promoting multi-level exchanges among parliaments, governments, and civil societies.

Both sides agreed that collaboration in various fields should be further deepened, and are jointly committed to promoting lasting peace, prosperity, and stability in the region.
