(Bandar Seri Begawan, 10th) Prince Malik yesterday morning went to Belait District to distribute the Sultan’s personal gift money on behalf of His Majesty.
Prince Malik distributed the gift at Pusat Insani in Seria, where he was welcomed upon arrival by Health Minister Dato Isham.
This year, the Bruneian Sultan once again granted his personal gift money to certain groups of Muslims and permanent residents in the country on the occasion of Hari Raya, aiming to help ease the burden for certain groups, especially during this year’s Hari Raya celebration.
At the ceremony, Prince Malik graciously presented the Sultan’s personal gift money to 1,000 beneficiaries from Belait District.
The Sultan’s children giving out His Majesty’s personal gift money across all four districts signifies the official launch of the distribution of His Majesty’s personal gifts. Following this, further distribution will take place at designated centers from March 10 to 11, 2026.
