According to a statement from the French presidential office, French President Macron, German Chancellor Merz, and UK Prime Minister Starmer said during a call with Ukrainian President Zelensky on the 21st: “Any solution must have the full participation of Ukraine.”
The statement said that the leaders of France, Germany, and the UK reiterated that “all decisions involving the interests of Europe or NATO must respectively receive the joint support and consensus of European partner countries and NATO allies.”
