As someone who never misses a Chinese New Year slot, Director Neo is once again leading his longtime collaborators Mark Lee (played by Chew Chor Meng), Patricia Mok, Henry Thia, Sora Ma, and Richard Low from January 23 to 26 across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, and Johor for a series of fan meetings.
The story of 'AI Will Win' revolves around AI artificial intelligence and its daily interactions with regular people. Director Neo states that AI is currently a hot topic, and AI has already become part of our daily lives: 'Even in the film industry where I work, AI has made our jobs a lot easier, solving many trivial problems for us.'
In addition, Director Neo has noticed many 'AI characters' appearing on social media platforms like Xiaohongshu and Douyin. AI and robots are becoming indispensable in various sectors, such as industry and the military, and their influence is felt across all aspects of life. This led Director Neo to wonder: 'If robots actually came into our homes in the future, what kind of impact and funny situations would arise?' So he decided to use this film to make it easier for audiences to understand the big trend of AI.
