Members of the South Korean boy band BTS have been gradually discharging from their military service over the past few days. They announced their return to the entertainment industry through live broadcasts and sharing dance practice videos, much to the excitement of their fans. However, Jung Kook was unexpectedly stalked and harassed by a fan on the day of his discharge. A 30-something Chinese female fan attempted to break into the idol’s residence and has been arrested by the police.
According to Korean media reports, Jung Kook was discharged on June 11. A 30-year-old Chinese female fan, referred to as “A Woman,” ran to the idol’s house on the same day and aggressively pressed the password lock on his door at 11:20 PM. The Yongsan Police Department in Seoul responded to the report and apprehended her on-site, arresting her for attempted trespassing. The police are currently investigating the details of the crime.
Jung Kook enlisted on December 12, 2023, and completed his service on June 11 alongside his teammate Jimin. As of now, except for SUGA, all six other members have completed their military duties.
