Chinese actress Li Bingbing recently gave an interview in which she spoke candidly about the long journey of working with her younger sister and manager, Li Xue. She made a startling remark: “If there is a next life, I absolutely don’t want to work together again,” saying that sisters should remain just sisters. Although this statement sounded rather resolute, she also frankly admitted that after over 20 years of working hand in hand, their bond is actually very deep, and behind her words is more of an emotional reflection on family and work.
Li Bingbing revealed that the two sisters have, in the past, had intense arguments due to differences in work philosophy. At its worst, they even deleted each other from communication apps, and for more than three months, barely kept in touch. Outsiders believe that when family members work together, emotions are often more complicated than those among regular partners; even though they may have each other's best interests at heart, conflicts can easily arise due to differing viewpoints.
