(Miri, 27th) Residents of Kampung Bungai in Bekenu worked together last night to repair a collapsed road to ensure the safety of the villagers.
According to a resident of Kampung, the road had severely collapsed and was very dangerous for pedestrians, especially when it was dark at night.
He said that while waiting for the relevant authorities to repair the road, the villagers took the initiative to repair it in advance to prevent any mishaps.
"The road damage was caused by recent flooding, and large and deep potholes have appeared, which have been filled with soil."
In addition, another collapsed road near the Buai Beach Market bridge also needs to be repaired.
