(Miri 12th) The Sarawak United People's Party (SUPP) Pujut Branch Youth Wing and the Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Pujut Branch Youth Wing recently held a Spring Gathering dinner. Utilizing the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year, this event brought together young leaders from both parties for exchanges, providing a good platform for the youth wings of the two political parties to further deepen their understanding and cooperative relationship.
SUPP Pujut Youth Wing leader, Kelvin Hii expressed that Sarawak has always been a multicultural and multi-ethnic society, and political cooperation should not be restricted by race or party affiliation but should aim to serve the people and promote community development as a common goal. He believes that the younger generation is the hope for the future, and only through unity and cooperation can a better future for the community be truly created. He hopes that this dinner can further strengthen the ties between the two party youth wings, fostering a spirit of cooperation between each other and bringing better development opportunities to the people of Pujut and even the entire Sarawak.
The gathering also arranged relaxed interactive sessions, allowing youth wing members to exchange ideas more freely and build deeper friendships in a relaxed environment. Everyone expressed their wish for more similar activities in the future, where young political leaders from different backgrounds can come together and jointly contribute to society.
With the state election approaching, the youth wings of both parties are also looking forward to supporting each other and working hand in hand in the coming election battle, bringing better changes to the people of Sarawak. They firmly believe that only by uniting as one can the prosperity and development of Sarawak be genuinely promoted.
