(Bandar Seri Begawan, 9th) The Blood Donation Centre under the Department of Laboratory Services, Ministry of Health, will hold several blood donation activities and calls on the public to participate actively by donating blood to help increase the national blood reserves.
On May 11, 2026 (Monday), from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, a blood donation drive will be held at Lobby 5, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital (RIPAS). This activity is organized by the Haematology Department of RIPAS Hospital in conjunction with World Thalassaemia Day.
On May 12, 2026 (Tuesday), from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a blood donation drive will be held at the ground floor of Aman Hills Shopping Centre, Jalan Aman, Kg. Manggis.
On May 13, 2026 (Wednesday), from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, the event will take place at the Auditorium, First Floor of iCentre, Anggerek Desa Tech Park, Simpang 32-37. This is organized by SHENA.
On May 14, 2026 (Thursday), from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, a blood donation drive will be held at the VIP Room, RTB Sungai Akar Broadcasting Building, in conjunction with the 69th anniversary celebration of Radio Television Brunei (RTB).
In addition, the public may also visit the RIPAS Hospital Blood Donation Centre on weekdays. Opening hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
The Ministry of Health also encourages the public to use the BloodKad application to book blood donation slots for more convenient participation in the various blood donation activities.
