Malaysian actress Angelica Lee recently fulfilled her dream of holding an art exhibition in Hong Kong, with the theme “Tang Bu Shuai Childtopia”. Many friends from the entertainment industry came to visit and support the exhibition. Close friend Gigi Leung even purchased four artworks at once to support her longtime girlfriend, and one of the pieces, titled “Rice Cake”, made both feel a strong sense of connection.
Angelica Lee held her solo exhibition grandly at Hong Kong's emerging art gallery 13a New Street Art Gallery. Gigi Leung, Sylvia Chang, and even Angela Yuen, who was nominated for Best Actress at the Golden Horse Awards, all came to visit. Gigi Leung was particularly fond of the artwork “Rice Cake”. Angelica Lee told her: “For ‘Rice Cake’, I imagined a boy who loves the sea. He likes to swim in the ocean, and as he swims, he gradually turns into a fish.”
