The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah designated April 13 as the final date for Umrah performers to enter Saudi Arabia, with April 29 marking the deadline for their departure in preparation for the upcoming Hajj season.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the ministry emphasises that staying beyond this deadline subjects violators to statutory penalties.
The ministry urges individuals, as well as Umrah companies and institutions, to comply with the regulations and instructions governing the timely departure of Umrah performers.
It confirmed that overstaying will be regarded as a violation and that a company's failure to report such delays may result in financial fines of up to SAR100,000, along with legal action against those responsible.
