Kim Yo-jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, was recently photographed holding what appears to be a Chinese-made foldable screen smartphone.
Photos released by North Korea's official media KCNA on the 14th show Kim Jong-un and Kim Yo-jong jointly inspecting a hospital opening on the 13th, with Kim Yo-jong holding a new model smartphone in her right hand.
Although the brand of the phone is not clearly visible in the photo, the model closely resembles the 'Magic' series by Chinese smartphone brand Honor. This series of phones has been promoted as the "world's thinnest foldable screen smartphone."
This V3 model sells for about $1,379 (approximately 5,647 ringgit).
