Government spokesperson and Minister of Communications, Datuk Fahmi, stated that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar held phone conversations with Thailand’s acting Prime Minister Phutthaporn and Cambodian Prime Minister Manet on Thursday, both of which received positive responses.
He said that at today’s (25th) cabinet meeting, the Prime Minister informed cabinet members that both Thailand and Cambodia had given positive signals during the calls yesterday.
He added that Anwar also requested the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to study the discussions with both parties and provide a report.
