Brunei Employee Trust Fund Agency Payment Counters to be Temporarily Closed on 31st

(Bandar Seri Begawan, 26th) The Brunei Employees Trust Fund Agency reminds the public that due to year-end and New Year holidays, some services will be temporarily adjusted. On Wednesday, December 31, 2025, the payment counters at TAP Headquarters and its branches in Kuala Belait, Tutong, and Temburong Districts will be closed.
However, the registration counter, inquiry counter, withdrawal counter, TAP hotline, E-Amanah Pitstop, and e-Info self-service machines will operate as usual. The operating hours for Headquarters and Kuala Belait branch are from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, while the Tutong and Temburong branches are from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. On Thursday, January 1, 2026, all service counters will be fully closed in observance of the New Year public holiday.
For members of the Housing Savings Scheme (Skim Tabungan Perumahan, STP), contributions for December 2025 can be made via online banking, no later than December 31.
