(Bandar Seri Begawan, 3rd) In conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan’s 79th birthday celebrations, Big Kem Project is proud to present Big Kem Excel: Children’s Obstacle Race (Mini Competition). This exciting multi-sport event will be held on Sunday, August 10th, from 8:00am to 4:00pm at the BSRC Martial Arts Hall.
This challenge welcomes all local boys and girls under 12 years old (participants from all districts) to take part in specially designed obstacle courses, offering a fun and energetic platform for children to test their strength, coordination, and team spirit. The course includes 10 child-friendly obstacles, such as hurdle crossings, ball throwing, and racquet-based challenges, suitable for all age groups, divided as follows: under 6, 7–8 years, 9–10 years, and 11–12 years.
Each participant may attempt the course twice. The competition aims to encourage children of all ages to challenge themselves and in doing so, foster a healthy, positive lifestyle while having fun. Registration fees are BND$1 per participant for BSRC members and children under 6, and BND$3 per participant for non-members and the public.
