(Bandar Seri Begawan, 14th) Five dental students from the Universiti Brunei Darussalam’s Institute of Health Sciences (IHS) successfully organized the “Let’s Glow! Festival” at the IHS building this morning, where students gathered together for a day full of energy, passion, and teamwork.
The five students are Maryam Rahmani Affno, Nurul Fathiah Mahli, Ak Hazim Ishak, Muhd Rahiman Rahman, and Abdul Baqi Juffri.
The highlight of this event was the treasure hunt game, with 14 teams from various universities and sixth-grade students competing to find clues and locate the hidden treasures around the campus.
“Let’s Glow! Festival” was more than just a competition – it was purposefully designed to strengthen the bond among students, advocate for a healthy and positive lifestyle, and create a vibrant space for participants to learn, explore, and have fun together.
Besides the treasure hunt, the event also featured: booths, offering a variety of food, drinks, and specialty products; workshops, where students could learn new skills, join hands-on activities, cultivate self-love, and develop new habits.
This project is a key initiative of the “Let’s Glow!” team and is part of their special learning module.
One member shared that for this reason, today’s fun carnival is not just about games – it’s about self-care, learning, and enjoying quality time alone. From engaging workshops and lively booths, and of course the treasure hunt, we hope you leave today with both newfound knowledge and wonderful memories.
The organizers expressed gratitude for the support of sponsors, which made the event possible, and thanked the hardworking volunteers for ensuring everything ran smoothly.
The “Let’s Glow!” fun carnival concluded successfully. The team hopes today’s event will inspire students to stay active, build stronger friendships, and discover the value of teamwork and creativity.
