According to a press release from the Prime Minister’s Office, this includes strengthening future competitiveness, improving existing work practices, and establishing clear and innovative value pathways.
His Majesty made these remarks at the 228th Board of Directors Meeting of Brunei Liquefied Natural Gas Company (BLNG) and the 114th Board of Directors Meeting of Brunei Gas Carriers (BGC), which were held at the Prime Minister’s Office building. The meetings aimed to discuss matters related to the fourth quarter of 2025.
At the start of the meeting, His Majesty expressed appreciation for the achievements and progress made over the past year, especially in operational excellence, financial strength, and commitment to safety.
His Majesty highlighted that discussions over the next two days would focus on business operations, which are crucial for formulating strategies for the upcoming years.
The meeting further explored key areas such as safety, operational performance, finance, human resource development, and the business plans of BLNG and BGC.
Upon His Majesty's arrival, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy, Dato Liew Chin Siong, and Deputy Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister’s Office, Dato Mohd Azmi, welcomed His Majesty as members of the BLNG and BGC Boards of Directors.
