Singer Christine Fan recently participated in the Chinese show "Singer 2025". For the first performance, she chose to sing "The Original Dream", but her performance was not as expected, leading to her unfortunate elimination. After the competition, she admitted to feeling disappointed in herself. It was later reported that tickets for her upcoming solo concert in Foshan this month were being sold at a 44% discount, drawing attention.
However, the newly announced guest lineup for the concert has also sparked discussion, as Pan Weibo was invited to help with the performance, attracting anticipation from many fans. In fact, both artists, along with Leehom Wang, shared the stage last December at a large-scale Chinese ensemble concert "Super Music Hero Star Concert", which also faced poor ticket sales and significant price cuts.
Tickets for that concert went on sale on November 20, 2024, and just two days before the performance, only the stand area tickets (280 RMB, approximately 165 MYR) were sold, while tickets for the other five areas remained largely unsold. Despite the organizers offering a 35% discount, it didn't help stop the financial bleeding. Chinese netizens also left comments online such as: "Does no one want to watch?", "Waiting for 50% off to buy", "Still waiting for fracture price".
