51-year-old Korean entertainer Harisu underwent gender reassignment surgery 31 years ago. With her flowing long hair and slim figure, she has been hailed as the 'most beautiful transgender woman.' On August 18, she appeared on the Korean YouTube channel “TG Girls”, where she revealed that six years ago, during a physical check-up, she was diagnosed with early-stage osteoporosis, and that her current bone condition is even worse than her elderly 80-year-old mother.

On the program, Harisu spoke with transgender YouTubers Hanako and Sehee. Talking about her health, Harisu said that when she had gender reassignment surgery, she had used female hormones for an extended period, which put a considerable burden on her body, so she stopped related treatment years ago. However, as she has aged, side effects have started to appear, and she was found to have early-stage osteoporosis at 45. Six years later, Harisu described her bones as being in a worse state than her 80-year-old mother. She also said her skin bruises easily now and her physical condition is not what it once was.

Aside from talking about her health, Harisu also shared her romantic experiences. She was previously married for 10 years, and became single again in 2017 but remains friends with her ex-husband. When asked about her feelings after the divorce, Harisu responded: “Actually, I didn’t feel anything special after the divorce. We had an amicable divorce, and even now we encourage each other and keep in touch.” However, she admitted that they only contact each other once or twice a year, such as by exchanging happy birthday messages, and since her ex-husband has remarried, it wouldn’t be appropriate to be in frequent contact.

When asked if she would consider remarrying, Harisu firmly replied: “I currently have absolutely no thoughts of getting married again.” She added that even if the other person was a billionaire, the money isn’t hers, and she wouldn’t want to remarry for financial reasons. So what if the other person was willing to give her all their wealth? Harisu laughed and replied, “Then I might consider it a little, on the condition that we only get married but don’t live together,” prompting laughter from those present.
