(Bandar Seri Begawan, 11th) Members of the National Development Plan Working Committee conducted a working visit on Monday to the site of the 12th National Development Plan (RKN12) project in Brunei-Muara District.
The delegation was led by Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy, Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew Abdullah. Also joining the visit were Minister of Development Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Juanda; Minister of Education Datin Paduka Dr. Hajah Romaizah; Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs, permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, and officials from the JKK RKN Secretariat.
The purpose of this working visit was to gain deeper insights into the development and progress of national projects under the National Development Department (RKN), to ensure the smooth implementation of these projects.
The visit began at the Royal Navy's new mosque construction site located in Kampong Rimba, followed by visits to the completed Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Squadron building project site, and the C295MW air transport project site at the Rimba Royal Air Force Base.
The final stop of the working visit was at the Brunei Museum and Exhibition Hall in Kota Batu. This project is currently in its third phase and aims to renovate and upgrade the infrastructure and exhibition content of the Brunei Museum. Upon completion, the Brunei Museum is expected to become one of the most popular attractions for visitors.
