(Miri Correspondent, 29th) The major evacuation centers in Miri have been activated to accommodate residents affected by disasters. As of today, several temporary evacuation centers have been put into use.
Currently, the Miri Red Crescent Society Temporary Evacuation Center (PPS Pusat Bulan Sabit Merah Miri) is accommodating 25 families, totaling 105 landslide victims, which includes 52 males and 53 females.

Meanwhile, the Miri Kampung Pujut Tanjung Batu Temporary Evacuation Center (PPS Dewan Kpg Pujut Tanjung Batu) has also accommodated 22 families, totaling 85 victims, consisting of 44 males and 41 females.
Additionally, the Miri Petronas Athlete Village Temporary Evacuation Center (PPS Kampung Sukan Petronas), Kampung Tudan Temporary Evacuation Center (PPS Masjid Darul Iman Kampung Tudan Fasa 1A), Miri Religious Secondary School Temporary Evacuation Center (PPS SMK Agama Miri), and Kampung Pujut Adong Temporary Evacuation Center (PPS Balairaya Kampung Pujut Adong) are awaiting further reports.
Currently, Miri authorities are closely monitoring the disaster situation and continue to provide support and assistance to the victims. More information regarding other evacuation centers will be updated based on subsequent reports.
