(Kuching, Jan 1) The Samarahan District Disaster Management Committee has partnered with Petronas Sarawak Branch to donate 800 food packages to support the flood victims in the Samarahan District.
The donated 800 food packages include essential living supplies such as mineral water, food, biscuits, and diapers.
These packages have been handed over to the Samarahan District Disaster Management Committee for distribution to the affected families at various temporary evacuation centers.
The food packages will be delivered to 13 temporary evacuation centers in the Samarahan District.
Petronas Sarawak Branch General Manager Norazibah hopes that these supplies will alleviate the burden of Samarahan disaster victims and help government agencies manage the disaster situation more efficiently.
