Borneo International Robotics Competition Foreign Teams Arriving for the Competition

(Miri, 5th) Organized by Miri Chung Hua National-Type Secondary School, sponsored by the Sarawak Ministry of Education, Innovation and Talent Development, and with technical support from Wen Yu Holdings, the 2026 Borneo International Robotics Competition will be grandly held from May 6th to 9th at the Grand Ballroom of the Miri Marriott Hotel.
This year's event has received an enthusiastic response, attracting over 260 teams to participate. About 200 teams are from Malaysia, while the remaining teams come from regions and countries such as Chinese Taipei, Macau, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Myanmar, Mexico, and Laos, fully demonstrating the international scale and influence of the competition.
As of now, participating teams from Japan, Mexico, Chinese Taipei, and Vietnam have arrived in Miri, making preparations for the upcoming competition. The atmosphere on-site is already heating up. As teams from various countries continue to check in, this year's event promises to be spectacular and is highly anticipated.
