(Bandar Seri Begawan, 20th) The Jeffri Bolkiah campus under the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) recently held the 2025 Cooking Competition in its multi-purpose hall. A total of 10 teams participated, each consisting of two students. Contestants showcased remarkable cooking skills and creativity by preparing healthy and delicious dishes.
The competition aims to foster teamwork among students, encourage healthy competition, and enhance practical life skills.
Judging criteria included the visual presentation of the dishes, taste quality, hygiene, and overall performance during the competition.

The Babunyaa team from the Higher National Technical Education Certificate (HNTec) in Factory Engineering course emerged as champions, while the Bandung Soda team from the Diploma in Marine Engineering course and the Uncle A & Z team won second and third place, respectively.
