(Kuala Belait, 14th) In line with the government’s direction to promote digital services and cashless transactions, the Masin City Council has announced that all its services will implement online payment methods starting from July 1, 2026 (Wednesday), except for the purchase of prepaid parking coupons.
The city council urges the public who wish to make payments or handle related transactions in the future to register in advance for the “One Common Billing System (OCBS)” in order to facilitate smooth online payments and transactions moving forward.
OCBS registration has been open since June 13, 2026 (Saturday), at the service counter on the ground floor of the Masin City Council’s main building. Applicants are required to bring their identification card for verification purposes. Service counter operating hours are Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The counter is closed on Fridays, Sundays, and public holidays. The city council stated that this measure aims to improve public service efficiency, promote public adaptation to electronic payment methods, and thanked the public for their cooperation and support to ensure the successful implementation of this digital initiative.
