The world's first intelligent elder care robot service station has officially launched operations in Yizhuang, Beijing.
According to the Beijing Daily, this service station integrates more than 40 types of intelligent robots, creating three core scenarios: basic services, robot applications, and aging-friendly renovations, achieving a deep integration of "technology + elder care."
The service station covers an area of about 1,100 square meters. In the dining and kitchen area, the entire dining process is intelligent. In the health and wellness area, massage and moxibustion robots provide professional therapy, exoskeleton robots assist with scientific rehabilitation training, and robots that play chess or make tea make leisure time more enjoyable. The aging-friendly sample room is equipped with advanced products such as intelligent wheelchairs and companion robots, and there is even a robot dog obstacle course experience area, allowing the elderly to immerse themselves in the fun of technology.
Zhang Li, head of the Minsheng Security Office of Ronghua Subdistrict, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, said the elder care service station will accept suggestions and feedback from the elderly and relay them to businesses to promote robot updates and iterations, ensuring the scenarios can operate in a positive cycle.
