(Kuala Belait, 18th) In order to increase public awareness about human trafficking and to strengthen Brunei's various measures in combating human trafficking, the Human Trafficking Investigation Unit (USPM) of the Criminal Investigation Department (JSJ) under the Royal Brunei Police Force (PPDB) held a roadshow seminar on human trafficking crimes at the Seaview Hotel in Kuala Belait.
Participants included frontline police officers and hotel staff. The main purpose of this seminar was to educate and enhance the participants' awareness of identifying potential victims of human trafficking.
